Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 working days (Sunday to Thursday). You'll get an email and see the decision on your status page — including the reason if anything needs fixing.
Sign in to see the exact reason, fix the flagged item (for example re-upload your personal photo) and resubmit. You don't need to register again.
Choose “Other” in the organization step and type its name. The media desk reviews new organizations together with your application.
Once the media desk approves a match request, the pass appears under My Passes with the match, time, venue and your seat.
Club media officer accounts are created by the league for each club. Ask your club to contact the media desk and we'll set you up.
