01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on the EPL Media Channel you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you are applying on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
02Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and work as a professional in one of the media roles offered at registration.
- Information and documents you submit must be true, current and your own. Names must match your ID document.
- One person, one account. Your account and pass are personal and may not be shared, lent or transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
Registration does not guarantee access. The league may approve, reject or request changes to any application.
03Match access
- Once your account is approved you request access per match; each request is reviewed by the media desk.
- Requests are subject to capacity, media quotas and venue security.
- Seated matches require you to select a press-tribune seat; you must use the seat on your pass.
- Passes are valid only for the named holder, match and zones shown. Present valid photo ID on request.
- Cancel a request from your account if you can no longer attend.
04Conduct at venues
Accredited media represent the profession at our matches. You agree to:
- follow instructions from stewards, venue staff and the club media officer;
- stay within the zones permitted by your role (e.g. photographers' pit, mixed zone, press tribune);
- not interfere with play, players, officials or broadcast operations;
- not display partisan behaviour, banners or club colours in media areas;
- respect embargoes, flash-interview rotations and press-conference order.
05Use of content
Documents, logos and media kits provided by the league are for editorial coverage of league competitions only. They may not be used for advertising, merchandising or any purpose implying endorsement by the league or its clubs without written permission. Live audio-visual rights remain subject to the league's broadcast agreements.
06Acceptable use of the platform
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, passes or documents.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading or someone else's documents.
- Do not scrape, overload or attempt to bypass security features of the Platform.
07Suspension & termination
We may suspend or withdraw an account or pass for breach of these terms, false information, or for safety reasons. Where possible we will tell you the reason and how to appeal. You may close your account at any time by contacting media@egyptianproleague.com.
08Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. Fixtures, kick-off times and venues can change at short notice; the league is not liable for costs you incur as a result of schedule changes, capacity limits or rejected requests, to the extent permitted by law.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new competitions, regulations or features. Material changes will be announced by email and on the Platform at least 14 days before they apply.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo.
